1. The service
These terms describe the local SOL-WIN preview as of 14 October 2026. Public real-money operation remains subject to security review and the applicable operating requirements.
SOLWIN operates the SOL-WIN interface. The terminal is a gambling-style memecoin simulation. Its names, images, prices and charts describe fictional game markets. A launch does not mint a blockchain token, and buying a position does not give ownership of a real token or company.
2. Eligibility and access
SOL-WIN does not permit participation by residents of, or anyone located in, the USA, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain or the Netherlands, or other restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that using the service is lawful in your country.
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age that applies to you. Do not use real-money features where gambling or the service is prohibited. A wallet, Discord account or local address does not establish eligibility.
Do not impersonate another player, bypass access restrictions, automate abusive requests or interfere with the service.
3. Your account and wallet
The service uses an Insta Wallet linked to your session. Keep recovery information private and verify addresses before transferring funds. Losing browser access or recovery information can prevent access to your account.
Wallet credentials are stored on the server in encrypted form. This architecture does not guarantee that losses can be reversed or funds recovered. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible and can involve network fees.
4. Prices, fees and losses
Prices are determined by the server. A market can fall below 1× immediately and rug during trading. Open positions can lose their entire remaining value. A previous peak, migration label or pattern does not promise a future return.
The current engine applies a 2% buy fee and a 2% sell fee. Displayed quotes are not reserved prices: server state at execution determines acceptance and the result. The 1,000× chart ceiling is a possible maximum, not a promised return.
5. Daily Chest and levels
Daily Chest rewards use the amounts and probabilities displayed for your level at the draw. Amounts improve through level 100. Opening conditions include Discord verification, qualifying game activity and the daily cooldown.
Every slot has a positive reward. Amounts display at most four decimal places; the ledger records exact values. Programme changes apply prospectively and must not silently recalculate an already recorded reward.
6. Payments and interruptions
A transfer may remain pending while the network or payment worker confirms it. An animation or notification is not proof of a completed payment. Consult transaction history and the blockchain signature when available.
If an error occurs, retain the receipt and stop repeating the payment. Do not exploit duplicate requests, stale quotes or accounting errors. Disputes require investigation against server and blockchain records.
7. Availability and changes
The local preview can be changed or restarted during development. Real-money availability remains governed by the existing security controls. These terms do not certify the system for production.
Material changes should carry a revised date. Nothing here purports to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
