Transaction issues
Include the approximate time, currency and amount, public transaction signature or internal receipt, and a description of the problem. Hide private information in screenshots.
Do not repeatedly submit a pending withdrawal. Check transaction history and the explorer for confirmation.
Account access
Use the Insta Wallet recovery controls if accessible. Support must not ask you to post a seed phrase, private key, password or OAuth token in a public channel.
Do not send funds to someone claiming that payment is required to unlock support.
Privacy requests
State whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion. Provide only enough information to identify the account and verify control. Blockchain records cannot be erased by the application.
