1. Scope and responsibility
This policy describes the local SOL-WIN application. The operator is SOLWIN, with the provided location San José, Escazú, Costa Rica. For account, payment or privacy questions, contact contact@solwin.xyz.
2. Account and game information
The application can store session identifiers, usernames, avatars, Insta Wallet addresses, encrypted wallet credentials, recovery configuration, balances, bets, rewards, levels and transaction history. These records support access, settlement, reward eligibility and dispute investigation.
Chat messages and reactions are visible to other users. Never post private keys, seed phrases, passwords or other confidential information in public chat.
3. Discord connection
Connecting Discord requests identify and guilds.join access. The application can receive your Discord ID, username and avatar, store access and refresh tokens, and use the granted permission to join the configured SOL-WIN server.
Game and reward notifications may include a player name, amounts and transaction links in the configured Discord channel. Visibility depends on channel permissions. Revoking an application in Discord does not delete messages previously posted there.
4. Browser storage and providers
Cookies and browser storage support sessions, cached profiles, wallet access state, sound and chat preferences. Clearing them can sign you out or remove local settings; server records may remain.
The application may contact Solana RPC services, Discord, font providers and services required by enabled wallet features. Requests expose technical information such as an IP address to the receiving provider. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
5. Public records and retention
Solana addresses, amounts and confirmed transaction signatures are public blockchain information. Removing a local account cannot erase on-chain history. A wallet address should not be assumed to be anonymous.
Private account access should be restricted to operational, security, settlement and applicable legal needs. No fixed automatic deletion schedule has yet been configured for this preview. Records should not be retained longer than needed for their purposes and applicable obligations.
6. Access, correction and deletion
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of information linked to your account. Verification should establish account control without asking for a private key or recovery phrase.
Unresolved transfers, investigations or applicable obligations may require retaining some records. SOLWIN cannot erase public blockchain entries or independent third-party copies.
7. Security and updates
Encryption and access controls reduce risk but do not eliminate it. Report suspected misuse promptly and never send secrets through public support channels.
This policy should be revised when hosting, recipients, retention practices or the operator change.
